The parades and parties draw millions of people together to celebrate Irish heritage. As one of the top “drinking days” in the country, St. Patty’s Day ranks right up there with Mardi Gras and New Year’s Eve as a great reason to get together and imbibe with your friends and family, but what about the next day?
